This week we’ll be welcoming Sacha Abercorn to the Chapel, for the latest in the Celebrating the Imagination series of talks. Sacha Abercorn is the founder of The Pushkin Trust – an organisation which works in support of creative learning. The Trust’s aim is to open “everyone of us up to the realm of imagination, inspiration and integration.” and they work to promote a cross-collaborative approach to learning across all subjects.
This talk kicks off our April Celebrating the Imagination programme, and is a must for anyone working in education. Tickets are available here and are £8 (£6 concessions) or free to under 18s.
For those of you who are looking to gain some practical business support, we’ll also be hosting another workshop from Discuss & Do this week. These highly practical workshops organised by Forward Space and the Frome Chamber of Commerce aim to provide pragmatic and no-nonsense support to small businesses wishing to develop and grow.
This Thursday, we’ll be welcoming in Claire Sully, founder of Tickbox Marketing, who will be guiding participants through how to use the web for marketing; highlighting which platforms out there are best for your business, by engaging with others through design, photography, web, video and arts.
Tickets are £5 from the Discuss & Do website.
