Retropsective is a collection of works by local artist Elizabeth Feltham and her late husband Bruce Barnden.

The exhibition, curated for a recent exhibition in Hereford, was organised by Elizabeth’s niece Pippa Burns. The exhibition was conceived when, following her husband’s death, Elizabeth asked friends and relatives to have a look in the attic and discovered that, contrary to Bruce’s assertion that ‘there was nothing much left’, there were in fact ‘a tremendous number’.

Elizabeth was keen for this collection to be exhibited in Frome, as much of Bruce’s work focusses on Frome architecture.

The exhibition also features a selection of Elizabeth’s work, which reflects a fascination with the patterns and designs found in flowers.
