Frome Festival: Billy Thompson – Gypsy Jazz

Violin virtuoso Billy Thompson is bringing his immensely popular Gypsy Jazz style to the Rook Lane Arts, promising a night of high energy, soulful musicianship and panache.
The music will be a mixture of Hot Club numbers made famous by Stephane Grappelli and Django Reinhardt, plus fiery Hungarian tunes and Romany gypsy anthems.
Special guest, Somerset based Karen Street on accordion.
